Overview
Sometimes things don’t work out. If something’s wrong with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right. If you simply don’t like it, you might consider giving it to a friend or selling it to a stranger. If that doesn’t solve it, you can return it for a refund.
Here’s what we need from you:

You must contact us within 35 days of the ship date. After that window, we may still accept a return, but the refund may be discounted.

Items must be returned in the same condition you received them. If the package arrived damaged, take photos before opening it.

Return shipping is your responsibility.

We won’t argue with you, but returning a book after reading it is, frankly, uncool.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and let you know whether your refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method as soon as possible.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

Sale Items
Refunds are issued for the amount you paid, not the retail price. If you bought something on sale, your refund will reflect the sale price.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

and we’ll provide instructions.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the item, we’ll mail you a gift certificate.
If the gift wasn’t marked as such or was shipped to the giver first, the refund will go to the gift giver.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the item is valuable, consider a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
