Ordering
When you place an order, you’re telling us you actually want the item. When we accept your payment, we’re agreeing to ship it. If something goes wrong between those two points (inventory mistake, printing delay, solar flare, etc.), we’ll let you know and figure out the best path forward.
Pricing
Prices are listed clearly on each product page. If we ever change them, the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. We’re not in the habit of surprise markups.
Shipping
We ship orders as promptly as possible from our studio in Virginia. Shipping times vary depending on where you live and how the postal service is feeling that week. Once your package leaves us, we do not control its journey, but we’ll help if something goes sideways.
Returns & Refunds
Our full Returns & Refunds Policy is posted separately. The short version: if something’s wrong, we’ll make it right; if you simply don’t like it, we’ll work with you within reason. Your dog chewing on it does not count as a manufacturing defect.

All books, photographs, text, designs, and other materials on this site belong to Tazewell Green Press unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, redistribute, or use any of it without permission, unless you enjoy receiving politely worded emails asking you to stop.
